Since COVID, Anna Maria has become the new destination for visitors, and reservations are booked up to a year in advance.

Book now before your dates are gone. Inquire now for next year. The unit is booked on a first-come, first-served basis. We do not save or hold dates.
Once you book, you have the first opportunity to come back the following year. You have 10 days to decide if you are coming back before it is open to other guests.

Storage Locker:
We give you access to our personal storage locker located on the ground floor with our unit number on the door. You are welcome to use what is in the locker; however, you will be responsible for rinsing the items and returning them to their original place. The grill must also be emptied of ashes and charcoal, and the ashes and charcoal must be used in the grilling area. Upon departing, the locker will be checked for cleanliness. If we need to clean it, there will be an additional $50 charge. If there is damage to beach chairs, please notify us immediately. We try to keep chairs in our locker, but sometimes renters don’t tell us if one is damaged. Please just let us know.

Anna Maria Island is located south of Tampa Bay and St. Petersburg along the Gulf Coast and west of Bradenton. The Island is 7 miles long with hidden treasures at every corner. It is truly one of Florida’s best-kept secrets.
Directions from Tampa Airport:
I-275 S. to St. Petersburg, go over the Sunshine Skyway, get off at the first exit, #2, towards Palmetto/Bradenton, take a right to go west on Manatee Avenue, go to the end, turn right to go north on Gulf Drive, then turn left to Tiffany Place, 7000 Gulf Drive.
Directions from Sarasota/Bradenton Airport:
Go north on US 41/Tamiami Trail/14th Street W., then turn west onto Cortez Rd. and drive all the way to the island. Turn right to go North on Gulf Drive. Continue straight until you find Tiffany Place at 7000 Gulf Drive. Turn left into the driveway.
