Payments
You can pay by check or wire transfer.
We collect the entire lease up front unless you need a payment plan. We are happy to work with you. Your agreement includes the lease, taxes, association fees, and cleaning; please sign the contract within 14 days of your reservation. If you book within 90 days of arrival, full payment is due immediately. Please make all payments payable to Carolea Radke.
Cancellations
Refunds depend on our ability to re-rent the accommodation. If we re-rent the condo, we will issue a refund in the amount we were able to re-rent the property for. We do not guarantee we can rent the property for the original amount paid. We will not issue a refund if we cannot re-rent the condo.
Trip Cancellation Insurance
We recommend you take out comprehensive trip cancellation insurance to cover unforeseen events.
