Payments
You have the choice to make your payments by check or wire transfer.
We collect the entire lease up front unless you need a payment plan. We are happy to work with you. Your agreement includes the lease, taxes, association fees, and cleaning, with a signed contract due within 14 days of the reservation. If the reservation is made within 90 days prior to arrival, the full payment is due immediately. All funds should be made payable to Carolea Radke.
Cancellations
Refunds are subject to our ability to re-rent the accommodation. If the condo is re-rented, we will issue a refund in the amount we were able to re-rent the property. We do not guarantee that we will be able to rent the property for the original amount paid. There will be no refund if the condo cannot be re-rented.
Trip Cancellation Insurance
We recommend you take out comprehensive trip cancellation insurance to cover unforeseen events.
