This condo has been owned since 1977. Tiffany Place Condo sits on the white sands of Holmes Beach, Florida. Our beach condo rental is unique because it is U-shaped, giving us a great view of the Gulf. We have opened our family condo to screened renters for a minimum of two weeks. We welcome seniors and families with children. Sorry, no pets allowed. Our view includes our lush, newly landscaped landscape and pool, which face the beach.
Parking is on the ground floor. We offer our family storage unit for your convenience for beach chairs, grill, and pool floats. Tiffany Place is one of the most beautiful condos on the island, with a perfect central location close to shopping and restaurants. Our free Anna Maria Island trolley will take you all over the island. Our luxury condo offers all the conveniences of home, along with comfortable furniture and beds. If you are looking for a vacation condo on the beach that’s convenient to shopping and restaurants and offers full amenities, Tiffany Place will not disappoint.
This Anna Maria Island beach condo rental is two hours from Universal, SeaWorld, and Disney World attractions in Orlando and one hour from Tampa attractions such as Busch Gardens and Adventure Island. You are 35 minutes from Ellington Mall, one of the largest designer discount malls in Florida.

Tiffany Place Beach Condo, on the Gulf of America, is the most sought-after beach vacation condo rental on Anna Maria Island for its beautiful turquoise waters and amazing views. Its unique U-shape gives us a fantastic view of the Gulf, lush courtyard, and fantastic view from our balcony. Walk to shops and dining or take the free Trolley.
The unique design of this two-story building offers a great view and a spacious 1,200-sq-ft condo. The ground floor has undercover parking. This really comes in handy when it rains. There are two elevators with luggage carts available to bring your luggage and groceries to the unit. The walkways are covered, unlike most places on the island.
ABOUT OUR POOL AND REC ROOM
We have a private, gated pool with a recreation room, which includes a full kitchen with a fridge for drinks and snacks, as well as bathrooms. The pool area has tables and lounge chairs for your comfort. We also have a cornhole game area.
PRIVILEGES
When you stay with us, you are our guests. We grant you access to our private storage unit, which includes beach chairs and a grill. This unit is located by your private parking space. There is a grilling area to cook your fresh local catch of the day.
From the ground floor, you are 20 steps to the sand. You will pass tropical foliage of bushes and protected sea oats on your way to the beach.
RESERVATIONS
We have a two-week minimum stay. If you can’t stay two weeks, perhaps we can help you find a place. Due to its popularity among both out-of-towners and locals, it’s recommended that you make a reservation up to one year in advance.
