You have the choice of making your payments by either check or by wire transfer.
A 25% deposit of the lease cleaning and the entire tax is payable with a signed a contract within 14 days of the reservation. The final balance due must be received by 90 days prior to your arrival. If the optional Traveler’s Insurance is purchased, the payment is due at the time of booking.
If the reservation is made within the 90 days prior to arrival, the full payment is due and payable immediately. All funds should be made payable to Mr. Robert D. Graf.
Refunds are subject to our ability to re-rent the accommodation. If the condo is re-rented we will issue a refund in the amount we were able to re-rent the property. We do not make any sort of guarantee that we will be able to rent the property for what was paid originally. There will be no refund if the condo is not able to be re-rented.

Hurricane evacuation disrupts a family vacation.
A family vacationing on North Carolina’s Outer Banks was forced to evacuate due to Hurricane Charley in 2004. CSA reimbursed them for the cost of hotel, meals and other expenses related to evacuating the area and returning home.
