Cancellation Policy

Payments

You have the choice of making your payments by either check or by wire transfer.

We collect the entire lease up front unless you need a payment plan.  We are happy to work with you. Your agreement includes the lease, cleaning and tax, with a signed a contract within 14 days of the reservation.  If the reservation is made within the 90 days prior to arrival, the full payment is due and payable immediately. All funds should be made payable to Mr. Robert D. Graf.

Cancellations

Refunds are subject to our ability to re-rent the accommodation. If the condo is re-rented we will issue a refund in the amount we were able to re-rent the property. We do not make any sort of guarantee that we will be able to rent the property for what was paid originally. There will be no refund if the condo is not able to be re-rented.

Trip Cancellation Insurance

We recommend you take out a comprehensive trip cancellation insurance to cover unforeseen events.
